First you should take some on-camera classes. It is very hard to get into this business, and you really have to be a pro in front of the camera. I would suggest John Roberts Powers, for actors and models. it is a school that teaches you all you need to know, and has auditions for you and everything. I go there and it has made me such a better actress!! Good luck to you!! or should i say.. break a leg!! Ps. Also try the Donna Groff agency..it brings you to this huge competition, and it gives you SO many oppertunities!!…Also..if you live in Missouri, try.

its a tough break, but if you think you can do it, then here what you’ve got to do. get some experience, build up a resume. join the drama club, take some acting lessons. then look for local auditions for plays, comercials, ect. maybe even try getting an agent. (but be careful, have your parents help you) if you’ve got what it takes, someone will discover you!!! good luck!

I know alot of people who are very famous and they go through hell.. think about it.. its not all fun and games.. waking up early memorizing lines always acting happy when your not.. contracts.. peer pressure.. having to be skinny.. etc.. its also nearly impossible to get into.. you have to have an amazing talent or something that will catch someones eye.. if itss meant to be then it will.. go try out in some auditions look in your local news paper for them.. once you’ve done a few comercials figuring out if this is what you really want

Go to an Performing Arts School, to be honest it’s your best option considering your age.
I go to one in Manhatten, and it really has helped me with my acting.Claire Danes,Alicia Keys and Josh Peck all went to the one the i’m in.
Pick one that has really successfull past students.
