try the twilight series by stephenie meyer. i just got the third one it came out last week i feel in love with this series by going to barnes and noble like a month and half and just by reading a little bit of the first one when i was there i feel in love!
i asked my mom right then and there to get it for me she did and two days later i got the second book called new moon. last week finally the third came out its called eclipse

Some are not great pieces of literature but they are fun to read.
Try The Road by Cormac Mc Carthy. It is absolutely brilliant. It is a must read for anyone who loves good literature. Pax- C
