Because this worl is one big hypocrisy

I could bang 50 guys and not get paid and I’m fine with the law. As soon as I ask for money, I am a criminal

    It doesn’t make sense

Well, actually the TX penal code says both are illegal, even being in the possession of **** is illegal, but seeing as how in this day and age it’s almost impossible to not have it, it’s kind of an ignored law.

Beats the s)Yt out of me me! Its okay to pay two actors for having *** together or simulated *** anyway.

I guess its because when actors are having *** on camera, that’s called art. Whereas hiring a ********** to artfully deliver a happy ending is considered commercial ***.

On the other hand, people who trade *** for living arrangements outside of marriage are considered domestic partners, not ***********.

It all depends on your perspective.

My book says make prostitution legal and leave everyone alone. If people had more sex, they’d have less time to go out and get violent.

because of the fact thats its easier for the government to tax porno films and their companies. you see when they make a movie the government knows theyre gonna make profits, and they want in, they wanna charge federal income tax on the film and everything, while prostitution is illegal because its far harder to try to tax a hooker, because a hooker keeps no log of who she does therefor its like a tiny business, like a drug dealer.

    Interesting…
It seems to me that with porn, the actors are being paid to be watched. In prostitution, there would be a service provided and both parties are not being paid. There is more of a difference than you are considering. Other than the sexual nature of the two, they are very different industries. So you can’t really compare the two. But that didn’t answer your question, it just got me thinking…..

Because they are not being paid for the sex, they are being paid for the filmed material they get afterwards. They are being paid for acting more or less. Its a loop hole people have found, and god damn, i love it.
