Garage is a particular genre, but you have no way of knowing what CD’s your nephew already has.
You should get him a voucher for your local Cd shop (such as HMV) then you can either go with him to spend it or he can peruse the isles at his leisure!
If you go along and let him pick a cd it will be nice as you will be able to learn something about your nephews likes and dislikes, and he can feel you have a genuine interest in what he likes!
(Although you might find i daresay that yours and your nephews music tastes are quite different!!)
