How can I put music onto my computer or another when it is on my iPod?

First you need to make sure the computer you want to put the music on has the iPod software. When you plug the iPod with music on it from another computer a little screen will pop-up. It’ll give you a couple of choices. One of them is to reconfigure the music or something like that. Click that button and it will add the songs off your iPod onto the computer without loosing them. It should work.
