One popular band that uses both keytar and electric guitar is Cobra Starship, and they usually come under the heading of Dance Pop.

Although a genre can’t be determined by the instruments; it’s determined by the sound of the music being made by those instruments. So while most of what I’ve heard is pretty much Pop Punk, there are probably many, many other genres that keytar and electric guitar can make. Again: it all depends on what type of sound is being made with them. It would be difficult to narrow it down.
