the kareoke version of My Immortal by Evanescence is a good one to get thinking. unfortunately there are about some faded lyrics in the background but they blend with the song so much! put it on repeat.its very good. hope my suggestion helps!
i like to listen to singing bowls, its like a resonation and tends not to interfere but to perpetuate the situation. for me that is. its indonesian i think.
If you’re looking for energy, I would look at some more upbeat classical music, first to come to mind is Canon in D Major by Pachebel. 1812 Overture by Tchaikovsky is a good, upbeat one too.
If you’re looking for more modern stuff, maybe find some bluegrass/folk melodies. Those tend to be upbeat and have an acoustic guitarish sound to them.
Try something like ocean waves or something. It is just insertmental. It is suppossed to put you to sleep but it just keeps me up so it might do the same for you.
I listen to music from the video game The Longest Journey quite often when I write. The music is available free for download. See the link. I like the longer pieces especially because they are very repetitive. Music that is too improvisational distracts me when I’m writing.
I also think the Grizzly Man soundtrack is excellent as well. It’s available on iTunes.

Roy Ayers. Vibe player, some of his songs do have lyrics, but usually just a chant or something.
Miles Davis – Kind of Blue
John Coltrane – Love supreme
